Cancellation Policy
I greatly appreciate the value of your time and the same courtesy. I have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule the same day of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited.
Although I understand that emergencies happen, all no-call/no-shows can no longer make appointments and will be blocked from the booking system. Your deposit will also be forfeited. Please be courteous of others' time and leave early enough to arrive on time for your appointment (consider potential traffic).
Late Fee Policy
As a reminder, your appointment is time sensitive and appointed solely for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be required to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited, or use the remaining time of your original appointment at the exact service cost.
Deposit
$25.00 deposit is required for all new clients. Your deposit will be applied to your final service cost. Your deposit is refundable IF you cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The remaining balance can be paid with
Mobile payments ( Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Cash App) Preferred method
Credit card (Visa, American Express & Mastercard , etc.)
No CASH
3-Day Policy
Clients are entitled to 3 days to inform Ashley Nelson Aesthetics of any complaints. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive fallout, shaping concerns, etc. If you have any issues within 3 days of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. A complimentary touch-up appointment will be scheduled to address these areas of concern. Any issues or complaints over 3 days old will no longer be complimentary, and payment will be required.
Refund Policy
If you have concerns about a service you received, please contact us within 72 hours. No refunds are offered on eyelash extension services. If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provide, a removal will be offered free of charge.
Sick Policy
Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick or ill. I take the highest precautions to keep not only myself but other guests in the building safe and healthy.
Extra Guest/Children/Pet Policy
To ensure that all guests receiving services have the best experience while in the studio, children, extra guests, or pets are not allowed.
